The Best Beauty Advice I've Ever Received

Beauty tips and techniques don’t work for everybody the same way. We are all different and unique, hence beauty is not an one-size-fits-all thing. However, trying new beauty hacks and incorporating them in your routine can proved to be life changing. So here is the best beauty advice that I have ever received that totally leveled up my beauty game.

When it comes to makeup: less is more

Thank God the caking foundation look was left behind in 2015. In 2022, we go for simple glowing natural makeup looks, with tinted moisturizers, minimal concealer and eyeliner with brown eyeshadow. This routine lets our natural glow shine and it’s extra lasting.

When it comes to skin care: less is more

Skincare is thriving the last few years and with a good reason. Taking care of our skin is relaxing and beneficial and who doesn’t love a healthy-looking skin?? But please be careful to not overuse skincare products especially if you have sensitive or acne-prone skin. Keep it simple with a gentle cleanser-moisturizer-SPF and you’re good to go.

Wear perfume after shower and before going to bed

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous girls know this tip. Applying perfume after shower and before going to bed will make your bed smell divine and you will enjoy a relaxing sleep.

Castor oil on eyelashes and eyebrows

I am not a fan of cooking ingredients in skincare but castor oil in eyelashes and eyebrows will do wonders. Apply it every night before you go to bed and you will see your eyelashes and eyebrows grow long and thick.

Never pick at your skin

Picking at your skin and picking at your zits is indeed intimidating but don’t do it. It will leave scars behind and will take more time for your skin to heal.

Always Always Always wear SPF

If you keep one advice from this post let it be this: SPF. Wearing sunscreens daily, even on cloudy and rainy days, is the key for protecting your skin from skin cancer and premature aging. Just a simple step and your skin will thank you in 20 years from now.

That's it for today's post. Please write in the comment section down below your favorite beauty tips and what you think everyone should know.
